The door was installed this morning and took less than an hour to complete. The installer was impressed at how easy everything was. My 9.75 year old dog loves the door as he now longer has to squat to get in. Later on this spring, I will be getting you an application for the door at my home in Florida. As we discussed, this door has the interior lines in the glass, I assume, to make it look like window panes and I will need to have an understanding g of how that works when I meet with the glass company. If you can forward me some information on that, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, the door looks great and it is sure nice to be able to use the door once again. Dwight

Hey, The glass is installed and our doggy door is fully operational. We LOVE it. It is very high quality, study and well built. Plus it looks terrific. We couldn't be happier. Hi Paul, Sorry for the delay, I have been so busy-- Needless to say, I have been quite preoccupied and another reason I needed the pet door. I LOVE the door. One of the dogs was successful entering and exiting but the other two needed to be taught how to use it. It is not the door, it is the dogs--they are quite neurotic! Thanks for your patience and persistence in assisting me to find someone to install the door. As Joanne mentioned, I have been using an insert it was not effective at all. I had been searching for approx. 1 yr for the most effective way to counter the freezing in my home, I was just about to order a different insert and came across your web site. Paul, Just letting you know the shipment arrived on schedule and in perfect condition. I completed the installation myself without any problems whatsoever. I have attached a couple pictures of the installation. “Makeshift” shows the temporary pet door insert I built out of plywood. This was functional but ugly, and made passage by humans difficult. It’s easy to see why I needed a better solution. “After” shows the completed project. We’re very happy with the end result. The only potential negative is that the installation looks so good one of our dogs still doesn’t realize it’s a pet door! In my search for glazing tape I discussed my plan with the folks who installed our sunroom. They were quite intrigued and asked for your information. Perhaps you will have a new dealer soon! Hi Paul- I've been meaning to email you to tell you how much I love my pet door. I ended up getting the X-lg as I take care of dogs while people travel. All the dogs love it, too. The only one who had an issue with it was my own dog, a 13 year old Daschund, who was used to the rise on the old doggie door. However, she got used to the new one! I followed your recommendation and called Kurt at City Glass. They did the install. Thanks for having a great product. It is a great idea and if you guy's can get the word out, you will be busier than you ever will want to be. This is so much better than the panels. During my last visit to Florida, I had several friends over for dinner and I cannot tell you how many people tried to open the door with the panel in it. I don't care what they say in advertisements, it just isn't practical to use the door once these panels are installed. Thanks for a great product. Paul: The pet door arrived in perfect condition. The installers put it in yesterday and we used the box it came in to store the original piece of glass. The tint on the glass and the frame match our existing ones perfectly. The pet door looks wonderful and we are so excited for the dogs to come to the new house and try it out.
