The door was installed this morning and took less than an hour to complete. The installer was impressed at how easy everything was. My 9.75 year old dog loves the door as he now longer has to squat to get in. Later on this spring, I will be getting you an application for the door at my home in Florida. As we discussed, this door has the interior lines in the glass, I assume, to make it look like window panes and I will need to have an understanding g of how that works when I meet with the glass company. Hi Paul, Sorry for the delay, I have been so busy-- Needless to say, I have been quite preoccupied and another reason I needed the pet door. I LOVE the door. One of the dogs was successful entering and exiting but the other two needed to be taught how to use it. It is not the door, it is the dogs--they are quite neurotic! Paul, Just letting you know the shipment arrived on schedule and in perfect condition. I completed the installation myself without any problems whatsoever. I have attached a couple pictures of the installation. “Makeshift” shows the temporary pet door insert I built out of plywood. This was functional but ugly, and made passage by humans difficult. It’s easy to see why I needed a better solution. “After” shows the completed project. We’re very happy with the end result. The only potential negative is that the installation looks so good one of our dogs still doesn’t realize it’s a pet door! In my search for glazing tape I discussed my plan with the folks who installed our sunroom. They were quite intrigued and asked for your information. Perhaps you will have a new dealer soon! Hi Paul- I've been meaning to email you to tell you how much I love my pet door. I ended up getting the X-lg as I take care of dogs while people travel. All the dogs love it, too. It is a great idea and if you guy's can get the word out, you will be busier than you ever will want to be. This is so much better than the panels. During my last visit to Florida, I had several friends over for dinner and I cannot tell you how many people tried to open the door with the panel in it. I don't care what they say in advertisements, it just isn't practical to use the door once these panels are installed. Thanks for a great product. Hi Paul, I wanted to email you and let you know how wonderful your product is. We were the second door that "Roseville Glass Doctor" installed and we love it! My husband keeps saying that it was a great investment. After some training, all three dogs use the door and the backyard instead of our floor. During the colder months it was fabulous to not freeze, since the door was closed and the dogs could still go outside. The sound of the flap, flapping in the night is definitely music to our ears...if we wake up to hear it! As summer approaches we will be mosqito free inside. Farrell's Glass recently installed my new door. They, like yourself, were a dream to work with. I'm so glad I "chanced" upon your product. I tried the insert that one typically buys at Lowes or Pets Mart but it did not leave me any room to come in or out and was not particularly secure. My contractor told me the only choice I had then was to cut a hole in the wall as tempered glass could not be cut. Not to give up, I continued looking and found Lexan, a polycarbonate material, but this (and the installer) had drawbacks as well. Then I chanced upon your product -- Hallelujah! It looks and works perfectly. Low E insulated glass, no added inserts, secure, nice looking, easy access for self and dogs and quite affordable. I'm telling every dog owner I know and can't wait to show it off at my open house in June.

I did get the pet door on Saturday afternoon. I decided to install it myself so on Sunday it took me about 1/2 hours to swap out the old glass and put in the insert heck there are only four screws to take out. My rubber gasket was in fine shape and went in like new. I spent more time cleaning my door frame and getting the tape glue off than the conversion itself. Thanks because the door looks just great like new.
