Pet Door Design, Inc. guarantees it will repair or replace any Pet Door Design product which is found to be defective in material or workmanship and will pay the costs of repair or replacement to the original owner for a period of one year.

• Insulated glass is guaranteed for life against seal failure. Pet Door Design will replace any failed insulated glass unit at no charge to the original owner.
• Misuse, loss, improper handling, commercial use, and dirty or worn parts are not covered.
• Pet Door Design, Inc. will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or any incidental or consequential damages to include but not be limited to water and or flood damage.
